Braindance for Stress + Anxiety

Imagine how our little people must feel right now. If we, the adults are stressed, just think how kids might be experiencing, and seeing everything COVID-19 related.

Scared. Fearful. Confused. Hurting. Worried.

They’re likely feeling all these things, but don’t have the communication skills to express these feelings. The result for our kids can be not sleeping, getting angry or sad at the drop of a hat, not eating…

It makes my heart hurt knowing that our little ones are hurting, which is why I created this BrainDance for kids who are dealing with these big feelings.

This is a great movement sequence to use before bed, or in moments of stress. To engage all senses while kids are moving, you can play some calming music, light a candle or get your diffuser going, and have a tasty snack after you’re done dancing.
